In May 2018 Intervino launched a cutting-edge personalisation campaign in partnership with Johnnie Walker which offered an online whisky personalisation experience, enabling consumers to purchase one of six exclusive personalised Johnnie Walker whiskies matched to individual flavour preferences.
Intervino worked in partnership with the Johnnie Walker/Diageo team to deliver a ground breaking D2C campaign which offered consumers the ability to purchase a totally unique bottle of Whisky via a ‘unique taste-profiling technology solution, using machine learning and algorithms to match the taste profile to one of a range of six new and exclusive Johnnie Walker blends.’ Intervino delivered a bespoke Whisky with a personalised label and engraving solution, directly to the customers’ door! The back-end order management and fully integrated customer service solution were all managed by Intervino.

Intervino is working in collaboration with Baby Dove to deliver a specialised baby gift set with personalised baby dove products, a custom designed box and a personalised gift card. The design, look and feel of the gift set were designed and developed in collaboration with the brand team. Intervino will provide all the back end integration, a unique customised Fulfilment Management System and fully integrated Customer Services.

Who doesn’t love a good cup of tea? In 2018 Intervino partnered with PG Tips to launch the hugely popular ‘Breakfast in Bed’ kits. These gift sets were custom designed to include the nations most loved PG Tips tea bags, a personalised mug and egg cup.
Intervino worked in collaboration with PG Tips on this campaign and were responsible for creating a personalised mug with personalised initials, a bespoke gift box. White egg cup and tea box to create a combination gift set. Intervino developed the print and packaging solution, and the full back-end website management, complete with fully integrate order management processing and customer services.

Sales conversion and search visibility was high with low AMS spend. All orders were fulfilled on time and the sets received 10 customer reviews averaging 4.4 out of 5 for the product. The product achieved #1 sales rank in category which was a fantastic achievement in such a short campaign and challenges posed by the Covid-19 epidemic.
Intervino were commissioned to work on a unique Christmas activation for ABInBev which allowed consumers to personalise a bottle of Budweiser. This came complete with a bespoke presentational gift box.
Intervino integrated with the Budweiser microsite and managed the orders end-to-end by printing and applying the labels and boxes, then shipping them D2C whilst providing a fully integrated aftercare service.

Intervino were asked to provide custom-made Prosecco bottles for I Heart Wines which allowed the consumer to upload a photo and a personalised name on to the bottle label. Intervino also provided all of the unique gift boxes for I Heart Wines.
